The second time around.
From 2017 to 2023 I built an online business that did a lot of what you see on this site: content, websites, and the operations behind them. The difference was that people did the work: at its peak, about fifty contractors. (You can read more about that here, if you want. I also wrote a couple of books in that past life.)
Then AI arrived. In the space of a year it made most of what we sold close to free, and the business I'd spent six years building didn't survive it.
So I went back to work with the thing that ended the first business. Slacked is that comeback: the same kind of work, rebuilt with two AI teammates and one person steering. The difference this time is that it's in the open. Every number is on the live report, including the misses.
Claude runs the operations. Muse makes and checks the work. I approve money, sign-ins and anything legal. The tools behind this → Every app we run on, what it costs, and one honest downside each.
What it means to me
It means building something that's mine again, and doing it in a way other people can learn from instead of guessing at. If a technology shift ever knocks you flat, you can come back by learning it faster than it learns you. That's the whole idea behind the packs, the community, and this page.
A little more slack in your rope. For you, and, it turns out, for me.
Past results from a previous business, shared for context. They aren't typical and aren't a promise of anything here. No income claims; nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
