Slacked.co provide done-for-you website design, development, marketing, automation, and related digital services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are described in each service package.
We use AI-powered tools and automation to assist in delivering services efficiently. This enables us to provide agency-quality work at competitive prices. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept this approach.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, search rankings, leads, or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your industry, market conditions, and how you use the deliverables.
This includes our AI plans, audits, build sprints, monthly plans, packs and kits: they are our best work and advice, not a promise of any outcome, and any estimates are rough. Numbers we publish about our own businesses are ours and not typical. The only money-back promise we make is the AI Plan & Audit's 14-day guarantee in the Service Agreement (one refund per customer; the Plan & Audit only). Terms version 2026-10-27.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize the charge described in your selected package. Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. All work is delivered to a private staging environment for your review before going live. Nothing is published without your approval. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be available at an hourly rate.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for you (website content, designs, copy). We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
By engaging our services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to receive relevant communications from us via email and, if you have provided your phone number and consented, via SMS. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Transactional communications (receipts, project updates) are required for service delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HD Signals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
