How do you check a tool works before your coworkers rely on it?
I'm in week one of sketching a shift-swap tracker for my unit, and honestly the scary part is people trusting it. If it shows the wrong swap, someone misses a night shift. For those of you who've built something others depend on, how do you check quality before you hand it over? I only have two free evenings a week, so I'd like a simple checklist, not a big process.

I'm only in week one on my flashcard thing, so nothing anyone relies on yet, but what I'm planning is to run it on a small batch of my own notes where I already know the right answers and check every output by hand. For your tracker, could you do the same with last month's real swaps and see if it matches what actually happened? Curious what you'd count as a pass 🙂
