Hi, I'm Maya, an ER night nurse trying to fix shift swaps

I work nights in a hospital ER, and our shared swap sheet has become honestly chaotic. I'm using ChatGPT to sketch what a simple shift-swap tracker for my unit would actually need, since I only get about two free evenings a week and don't want to waste them. I'm hoping to learn how to keep a tool simple enough that tired people will really use it.
