Week 1: mapping what Copilot can touch before drafting anything

Before I try any drafting, I spent this week on the compliance side. Three things I'm sorting out: which report data is okay to paste into Copilot, who on the team needs to sign off, and whether our IT policy covers this use at all. What surprised me is that the policy says less than I expected, so I'm writing a one-page summary to send up for approval. Next week I'll test a first draft on a report with no sensitive numbers in it.
