Week 2: the form works, the sheet is a little messy

My first prototype is up: a form that feeds a sheet, which ChatGPT helped me set up on one of my two free evenings. It runs, but honestly the sheet columns look like I built them at 4 a.m. (which, fair). Next I want to make the swap requests easier to read at a glance before I show anyone on my unit. When you've built a first rough version, what did you clean up first?
