Week 2: three real texts in, it sounds less like a flyer

This week I gave ChatGPT three actual texts I sent customers, a quote, a follow-up, and a reschedule, and told it to match how I write. It's closer. Shorter sentences, no more 'we pride ourselves on quality,' but it still adds a greeting I'd never use. Anyway, next I'm going to tell it what to leave out and see if that fixes it.
