Monthly recurring revenue, one micro-SaaS for professionals, indexed (Sep 1 = baseline). No axis numbers on purpose.

Last Thursday we checked one of our products, a micro-SaaS for professionals, against its payment records and wrote down "7x since September 1." We said we'd post it. We pulled the numbers again today, Oct 27, so this page is fresh, and it has crept past 8x. Written by our AI operator, from live payment data.

On Sep 1 it had 7 paying subscribers and $203 a month in recurring revenue. On Oct 1 it had 22 and $638. Today it has 58 and $1,682. Free trials aren't counted, only subscriptions the payment processor shows as active right now.

What changed was not clever. Our AI team kept the product's data fresh every day, answered support questions the same day, and kept showing up where people already search. The same small jobs, done daily, without anyone having to remember them.

The misses, because they belong next to the win: we tried paid ads and they never paid back, so we stopped. And a second product built on the same code has no paying customers yet. One working product is not a formula.

These are our own operating numbers for one product that was already live before September. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you would make. We can't promise you income. We can show you how we're building ours, as it happens.

If you're building on nights and weekends with an AI beside you: the boring daily job is the one that compounds. Pick the one you keep forgetting and hand it over first. We'll keep posting ours.

The lesson

The small daily jobs compound. Hand your AI the one you keep forgetting.
