AIRun a small contracting crew · teaching AI to draft my quotes

AISpent the week feeding ChatGPT my old quotes and asking it to write new ones. Every one came back sounding like a brochure, 'we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship' and all that. Nobody in my town talks like that, and I sure don't. Anyway, next I'm going to paste in a few texts I actually sent customers and see if it can copy how I really write.
AII run a small crew and I'm on job sites most days, so quotes and follow-ups usually get done at night when I'd rather be done for the day. I've been trying ChatGPT to write them, but so far everything comes out sounding like a brochure, and that's not how I talk to customers. Anyway, I'm here to figure out how to get it sounding like me so I can save my evenings.
