The two-AI pattern: operator and reviewer
One AI does the work. A second AI, with different instructions, checks it before it ships.
The reviewer gets a checklist, not a vibe: does every number come from today's data, does every link work, is anything private in the output, does the tone match. It can block, fix small things, or send it back.
Then the reviewer itself gets audited by a human on a sample. A clean run lowers the sample size over time; any miss raises it again.
The point is not that the second AI is smarter. It is that it is looking for different mistakes.
