How the machine works

What the machine does in a day (in general)

A typical day across the portfolio, described in general terms:

  • Overnight: data collectors run, renders finish, and a freshness check flags anything stale.
  • Morning: a daily report is built, rounded and lagged, and every site gets a phone-width check.
  • All day: customer messages get same-day answers from approved facts; short videos and posts go out on a schedule; an hourly check notices posts that take off and queues follow-ups.
  • Always: a second AI reviews work before it ships, and quality checks stop broken links, clipped audio and wrong preview images.
  • A human approves money, sign-ins and anything legal.

The live report on the homepage shows banded counts for the last 24 hours, for example tasks closed and quality-check catches.
