Same-day support from approved facts

Most customer questions are the same twenty questions. An AI can answer them the same day if it only uses facts you approved.

• Keep a facts file: plans, prices, how to cancel, where the data comes from, known issues.
• The AI answers from that file only. If the answer is not there, it says so and hands off.
