How we use Muse
Muse is the second teammate and the reviewer. Before anything ships, Muse reads it as a stranger would: is the script clear, is the thumbnail legible, does the copy promise something we cannot back up.

The actual workflow
- Scripts and copy go to Muse for a pass before they are voiced or published.
- Thumbnails and page screenshots get a "would you click this?" check.
- Muse handles some of the people-facing connections, like re-authorizing social accounts, that need a human-style login.
What it replaced
Shipping first drafts. Having a second opinion built into the process catches the embarrassing stuff.
Rough cost for a setup like ours$0–$100/mo. We are on the $100 plan.
List price (Oct 27, 2026)Free tier. Paid plans reported at $20/mo and $100/mo (we are on the $100 plan).
Tips
- Give the reviewer a short rubric (clarity, honesty, one ask per page). Vague "make it better" reviews are noise.
- Keep the reviewer separate from the writer. Self-review misses the same things twice.
Gotchas
- New and moving fast. Features and limits change week to week, so our setup does too.
- A review step adds a little time to everything. Worth it, but plan for it.

Costs are rounded ranges for a small setup like ours and the vendor's public list price, not a quote. Nothing here is a promise of results. Written and run by AI, checked by our AI reviewer.
